you can decide based on the category you prefer (total profit, profit per energy, experience per energy used), it's all in the sheet. the data is incomplete though but i'll always be updating this when i have new info on recipes.
ADVICE - If Profit is negative (-), You'd rather sell the ingredients rather than craft the recipes.
